Qflow’s mission is to treat all of it’s clients, staff, suppliers, trade partners and logistics providers in
a fair and equal manner.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Qflow is committed to building a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of our everyday
practices. We believe everyone—regardless of background, identity, or experience—should feel valued,
supported, and empowered to succeed. We hold ourselves accountable, measure our progress, and
continuously learn and adapt to create real opportunity and belonging for all.
Eco-Friendly Products & Sustainability
Qflow prioritises products that are durable, reusable, repairable, and recyclable. Our goal is to reduce
reliance on single-use materials throughout the manufacturing process. We vet suppliers for sustainability
credentials such as FSC, Fairtrade, RCS, ISO 14001, and EU Ecolabel. We give preference to Irish and
EU-based partners to minimise our carbon footprint. We also encourage suppliers to propose innovative
green alternatives to conventional products that we can pass on to our clients. Policy Commitment
Qflow is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain. We integrate
sustainability principles into product sourcing, supplier selection, logistics, packaging and client advisory
services.
We prioritise products that are:
• Durable and long-lasting
• Reusable and refillable where possible
• Repairable (with spare parts available where feasible)
• Recyclable or compostable at end of life
• Manufactured using recycled or responsibly sourced materials
Our objective is to reduce reliance on single-use materials and minimise waste throughout the product
lifecycle.
Modern Slavery and Ethical Sourcing Statement
Qflow is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, bonded labour, child labour and human trafficking
within our operations and supply chains. We recognise that the promotional merchandise sector can present elevated
risks due to global manufacturing networks and labour-intensive production processes. Qflow operates in accordance with
the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant international labour standards.
Policy Commitment
Qflow operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to:
Ensuring workers are employed voluntarily and are free to leave employment with reasonable notice.
Prohibiting child labour in accordance with ILO standards.
Ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions.
Preventing discrimination, harassment and abuse.
Promoting fair wages and lawful working hours.
Responsibility for oversight of this policy sits with senior management.

Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, suspension or termination of the business relationship.
Staff Awareness
Relevant staff involved in procurement and supplier engagement receive guidance on identifying potential indicators of
modern slavery, assessing country and sector-specific risks, and following appropriate internal escalation procedures
where concerns arise. Employees are encouraged to report any suspicions or concerns relating to unethical labour
practices promptly, and such reports are treated seriously and investigated in accordance with Qflow’s compliance
procedures.

This policy supports:
• The Modern Slavery Act 2015
• The Equality Act 2010
• Public sector Social Value objectives

• Responsible supply chain management expectations under UK procurement frameworks
We understand that public sector bodies require robust, proportionate and transparent approaches to ethical sourcing,
and this document forms part of Qflow’s commitment to responsible procurement.
